    - acting for a female prison officer alleging sex discrimination against HM Prison       
      Service in her successful claim and subsequent appeal to the EAT (Saunders v The
      Home Office [2005])
    - Acting for the appellant alleging disability discrimination against the Environment
      Agency in his successful claim and subsequent appeal to the EAT (Environment
      Agency v Evans [2004])
    - Acting for the claimant in his successful breach of contract claim (Common v Invista)
    - Acting for the claimant in her successful constructive dismissal claim against
      Stagecoach, Bristol.
