  • Advising in relation to a contested application to the First Tier Property Tribunal to remove a unilateral notice.
  • Assisting in relation to contested probate proceedings regarding disputed testamentary capacity.
  • Advising in a family dispute concerning prescriptive rights of way and adverse possession.
