Jon is the Head of the Corporate and Commercial Department, and one of the owner/managers of the firm. He advises on corporate sales, acquisitions, start-ups and investments as well as advising on commercial agreements.

He acts for businesses and business owners ranging from start-ups to multi-million turnover corporates and established family businesses passing through the generations.

  • Group Legal Counsel at Mulberry Group plc, advising on wide range of corporate, commercial and intellectual property matters for luxury fashion house
  • Senior Associate in the corporate team at Osborne Clarke, advising on a wide range of corporate acquisitions and disposals
  • Trained and qualified in 2001 into the corporate team at Veale Wasbrough Vizards
  • Founder of Pourty International Limited and inventor of Pourty, a child’s potty, sold in John Lewis and one of the bestselling potties on Amazon

Jon is a member of East Glos Tennis Club and Lilley Brook Golf Club.

Outside of work

When time permits, Jon enjoys playing tennis, padel tennis and golf which should set him up for retirement. While age just about still permits Jon enjoys slalom water-skiing and wake boarding. Fortunately, his wife and three children have been persuaded to share his passions (apart from golf, but he's working on it).
