Frances is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property Department and involved with a range of commercial matters such as leases, commercial property sales and purchases.

Frances works closely with landlords, tenants, developers, auction sellers and purchasers.

Experience

• Completed a two-year training contract and became a newly qualified solicitor at the end of 2023;
• Having joined Hughes Paddison in early 2024, Frances has gained valuable experience on various property transactions;
• Working closely with the wider Hughes Paddison team and getting to know the local area.

Frances is a member of the Hughes Paddison’s Book Club and Hobby Club.

Outside of work, Frances enjoys cold water swimming and creative writing.
