Meet our newest Partner Jennifer Allen

We are delighted to announce that Jennifer Allen has joined our Equity Partnership with effect from April 2023.

Jennifer started her legal career with Hughes Paddison in 2006 as a Trainee solicitor. Having successfully completed our 2-year Training Programme, she then became a fully qualified solicitor running her own caseload.

In September 2011, Jennifer was promoted to Associate Solicitor and just two years later, Jennifer was invited to be a Director of the firm. In addition to her Family casework Jennifer oversees each trainee completing their training contract from start to qualification, which she enjoys immensely.

Her dedication and commitment to the firm have been evident throughout her career, and we are proud that she has now joined the Equity Partnership.

With 17 years of legal expertise and her positive can-do attitude, Jennifer has been an integral part of the team since she first joined the firm.
