Both Jennifer Allen and Jane Brothwood are delighted to offer family mediation services. Their work includes working with client’s who require an independent professional to assist them in navigating their way to a resolution when a problem or disagreement has arisen.

Jennifer and Jane assist clients who wish to reach a resolution in respect of the following:

2. Arrangements concerning their child(ren)
3. Wider family disputes
4. Niche disputes which require sensitivity
5. Separation/divorce/nullity

In addition, we provide a safe environment where our clients feel comfortable to discuss matters that are concerning them in a neutral location.

Because we appreciate that finding the time to travel to attend meetings may well be a hurdle, both Jennifer and Jane are very happy to provide mediation remotely if this is something their clients both wish to do.
