	Julie Hughes Partner, since foundation of the firm in 1985. Head of Business and Commercial Property. Also conducts Private Client work, wills, probate and powers of attorney. Full member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Email
	Mark Paddison Partner, Head of Family department and has been with the firm since 1990. An Accreditied Member of Resolution First (formerly SFLA), and qualified mediator, a member of the Children’s Panel he also works on landlord and tenant issues. Email
	Jane Brothwood Partner, joined in 1994, a solicitor in the family department, an Accredited Member of Resolution First (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association), and qualified mediator. Email
	David Sterrett Partner - specialises in family law including financial relief for divorcing and co-habiting couples, as well as a wide range of cases involving children. Previously a member of the Lord Chancellor's Panel in matters of child abduction. An Accredited Member of Resolution First (previously SFLA). Email
	Jane Witek Partner - joined in 1994 and head of residential conveyancing and able to advise on a wide spectrum of property matters. Email
	Gareth Parry Partner - Head of Private Client Department specialising in wills, probate, tax, trusts and Court of Protection work. Also handles disputes arising from these matters and is a full member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Email
	Colin Foote Solicitor - joined in April 2006, Colin's specialism is employment law but he can advise on all aspects of civil litigation. Email
	Jennifer Allen Solicitor - joined the firm in March 2006 under a Training Contract and following qualification has accepted a post in the family law department where in addition to her own caseload, she is coordinating Diane Kemple's workload of domestic violence cases during Diane's maternity leave. 	Nadia Santry Solicitor - Nadia trained with Hughes Paddison and following qualification has accepted a post specialising in commercial property where she assists Julie Hughes as well as running her own case load. Email
	Joanna Morgan ILEX qualified Legal Executive, joined in 1993, and is experienced in a wide range of family matters and in particular divorce, finances and children. Email
	Eleanor Marks ILEX qualified Legal Executive, joined in 1999 and works in a range of civil and family matters, particularly concentrating on public law and private child care cases. Email
	Louise Beecher ILEX qualified Legal Executive, joined the firm in 1993 and specialises in residential conveyancing. Email
	Samantha Layton Probate Clerk, works on wills, probate, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Work and with elderly clients, and has been with the firm since 1990. Email
	Diane Kemple ILEX qualified Legal Executive who worked with the firm from 1991 - 2001. Di returned to work in Cheltenham in 2006 to head our Domestic Violence Unit. She is very experienced in taking immediate court action in cases of violence, harrasment and also making emergency applications for the return of snatched children. Email
